Key Responsibilities

Customer Communication: This role goes beyond just answering phones. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, whether they're calling with a complex issue or coming in after a tow. You need to be able to communicate clearly and calmly, building trust with people who might be stressed or frustrated.

Problem-Solving: You will be a crucial link between customers and technicians. This means understanding enough about our services—from engine diagnostics to suspension upgrades—to accurately understand customer needs and relay information to the technical team. You’ll also need to communicate with vendors to source parts and resolve any issues.

Relationship Building: You'll build and maintain relationships with customers, fleet clients, and vendors. This involves networking, making professional calls, and representing Fort Collins 4x4 in a way that fosters long-term partnerships.

Sales and Education: Your goal is to help customers make smart decisions for their vehicles. This is not about high-pressure sales; it's about educating and guiding them toward the right solution based on safety and value.

Passion for the Industry: A genuine interest in the automotive world, especially off-road and 4WD vehicles, is a huge plus. This helps you connect with customers and understand their needs for custom builds, from skid plates to lighting.

Key Responsibilities

Advanced Diagnostics: We need technicians who can get to the root of a problem, not just replace parts. This means using a variety of resources, from factory manuals and wiring diagrams to technical service bulletins, to diagnose issues ranging from electrical problems to mechanical failures.

Variety of Work: Every day is different. You will work on a wide range of vehicles—domestic, import, gas, diesel, new, and old—and handle everything from routine repairs to complex driveline and powertrain issues. The ability to adapt and think critically is essential.

Off-Road and Custom Builds: A significant part of our work involves building serious off-road rigs. This requires experience with advanced fabrication, suspension, axle swaps, and other custom modifications.
